I want to thank you very much for allowing me to be part of your fall 2004 group tour. The trip was excellent the other guys on the trip were real nice, we all keep in touch. And the parties were fabulous, it cannot be expressed any better than that. The entire trip was excellent Jack, I have never had such a wonderful, exciting trip in my life. The tour was very well organized and in my opinion I would not change a thing. So many beautiful women at the parties and you guys were great in helping to arrange the many private meetings I had. I am writing a few ladies now from the trip and if things do not work out you can count on me being part of your tour in 2005.

To anyone considering a trip to Ukraine or Russia, I began my search for a "Russian bride" by going on a group tour to Moscow with one of the big three tour companies. While it was quite interesting seeing the FSU for the first time, it was not a successful trip.
I returned twice more on my own pursuing ladies that I had met at the "socials" only to end up empty handed and a lot lighter in the wallet.

The big drawing card for this company was the women to men ratio at these "socials". To acheveive this ratio women were recruited from agencies, newspaper ads, and straight off the street. While in retrospect there were a few sincere women interested in developing a relationship, most were there with less honorable intentions. There were prostitutes and scammers galore. Many were there for a free party with hopes of hooking up with a guy for a nice dinner and gifts.

It was difficult to approach many of the ladies that I wanted to meet because they bunched up in groups of five to eight per table. If you needed a translator you had to leave the lady and search for one. There was less than one translator for every two guys and you had to explain your life's story to each one because you never got the same one twice.

The venue was one of the most expensive discos in town. Drinks were outrageous ($4 for bottled water) and once the music started it was impossible to communicate with anybody. So if you had not met anyone in the first hour and a half, you could only sit and watch the girls dance.

In April I decided to give it one more try with FirstDream as they had a good reputation as a small company with a focus on personal attention. I went to Kyiv with few expectations of success.

I was met at the airport (with the big tour company, if you do not fly with them from New York, you are on your own finding the hotel). I was taken to my flat and shown all the amenities that it offered. I was given a telephone number to reach a representative of FirstDream twenty four hours a day. I was taken downtown, shown how to exchange money, where to find restaurants with menus in English, where to purchase phone cards and how to use them in the pay phones, and basically orientated on where to go and how to act. With the big company you were on your own once you checked in.

Living in a flat was a real taste of life in the FSU. I felt very honored to be invited to use someone's home and sample their tastes and motif. In the hotel you live in a noisy, crowded, sterile environment with strict regulations of who and when people can come to your room. Plus there were the constant solicitation of the prostitutes working for the hotel (every night, all night long). Not what I was traveling half way around the world for.

I was taken out by my guide to see the sights around town and visit agencies if I wanted. If I had a date and needed a translator, there was always one available for a very reasonable cost. Everyone associated with FirstDream was first class and very personable. Every need was met with level of attention that I never expected.
The parties that Jack set up were real opportunitiesto meet serious and honest ladies. There were ladies at each party who had seen my picture/profile and were there to meet me. The cafe where the parties were held was comfortable and spacious. Drinks were very reasonable and Jack provided food. Everyone felt very relaxed. The guys were not pressured to circulate and the ladies did not feel like they were at a meat market.

Even when the music started (after two and a half hours of chatting) it was still possible to meet and communicate with ladies. Each man had his own interpreter so there was no need to chase one down each time you needed one. Your interpreter knew after the first few introductions your life's story so that there was no need to waste time repeating it over and over. The interpreter could also help you circulate tactfully without looking like you were just shopping/playing around.

I found (actually she picked me) a woman that far exceeds my wildest dreams with the help of FirstDream and would be happy to answer any questions that anyone might have about my experiences.

I just left Kiev this a.m. and had some time to kill at the Munich airport.
I first wanted to compliment you and your excellent staff on the fine job they did and the high quality of service and progamming you provided during the fall 2003 tour of Ukraine. It is rare to have such an opportunity to meet so many stunningly beautiful, sincere ladies in such a short period and though I was fortunate enough to meet several women who I considered "marriage material", I have found Anna whom I will now be directing my full attention. Because I was able to extend my visit by 6 days following the last party, it allowed me to visit with Anna and her family to better find our compatibility. She and her family are just great and now we already discuss options for a long and fruitful life together.
You and your staff did a fantastic job at the parties and in arranging transportation and overnight accomodations making it a trip that reduced the stress and worries of traveling to a foreign country. Although this was my third trip to the FSU, you made this one the most productive I have had. I especially liked the format and was able to make what I consider to be lasting friendships with men that I have much in common with.
Ukrainian women are awesome and it is such a special thing to feel appreciated for small and large romantic gestures toward the women who mostly showed a genuine interest in me when I took the time to get to know them better. It was amazing that I didn't need to stand on my hands and act like a jerk to get their attention as I sometimes find back home with attractive women. Most all the women I met with were fit, caring and clearly had a strong grasp of femininity!
The parties were fun and well organized and though many women went home without a potential spouse, I had the impression that all the ladies enjoyed meeting with the men and found the experience to be dignified and worthwhile.
I wish you continued succes with your group tours, they are like no others available today.
