Hello Gentleman, I would like to take just a few minutes and to tell you a little about our marriage agency, and some expressed opinions. FirstDream incorporated in the year 1998. Prior to this I had helped some foreign men in Russia in 1996 and 1997. By this time I had also met some 65 to 70 really wonderful Russian ladies. Seems the few ladies I had real interest in did not have interest in me and the few ladies who had interest in me, I did not have strong interest in them. But these were all wonderful ladies, just not the right chemistry for man and wife. Their was something new that people were talking about, and using, called "the internet". This got me to thinking, as I enjoyed helping men to find a Russian bride, as I had met some wonderful Russian ladies, why not create a site introducing these 65-70 ladies that I knew to be real and sincere, to foreign men. So I contacted each of the ladies I had met, asked what they thought about me trying to help them find a good foreign husband and all but 5 of these ladies thought it was a good idea and said sure. Thus was the beginning of FirstDream.
FirstDream is going to be different from all other agencies. What are some of those differences? Some of those differences are we will provide you with ladies direct contact information. We want you to have direct contact with ladies who interest you. If you cannot get a ladies direct contact information from any agency or site, what are you doing? How long are you going to send e-mails through an agency? 6 month, a year, two years? How many e-mails must you send, how much must you pay, before you can get a ladies direct contact information? We want you to have direct contact immediately with any and all ladies who interest you. I work with a lot of good agencies. I will not work with, or recommend, any agency that men cannot get ladies direct contact information.

Remove the agencies from the middle of your communicating with any and all ladies. Yes, these are the words from an agency owner, remove any and all agencies from the middle of your communications with any ladies. You can use any agency or individual to help you translate a letter or e-mail, but you need to send it to the lady directly, and you need to receive the ladies reply directly from her, not through any agency. Every man needs to realize that it will be no problem for him to marry a beautiful Russian woman. Many men could, and many men do, marry the first and only Russian woman they ever meet. You will not need my help, or anyone's help, for you to marry a beautiful Russian woman. But you might need help in marrying the right Russian woman, the best Russian woman for you. Try to meet ladies who can speak at least a little English. I know some men will disagree with this, mostly those men who met a Russian/Ukraine woman who spoke no English and married her. There are cases where a man who could not speak Russian, a Russian or Ukraine woman who could not speak any English, met, married and live happily ever after. I say this is the exception, not the norm. If you cannot communicate with any woman directly, it's real hard to get to know any of these women in a short period of time. Most agencies want you to use an interpreter, to use their translators. I think if you have to use an interpreter, if you have to use a translator, you have two strikes against you. If any lady says she can speak a little English, take it. Most Russian/Ukraine women are such perfectionist that they under estimate their ability to speak,
understand, English. 80% of all the ladies with our agency, those listed and those not listed, are able to speak at least a little English.

Of course there will be exceptions and men will see profiles of beautiful ladies who they would like to meet, ladies who do not speak any English and you cannot communicate with directly. These ladies need to be the exception, not the norm. And if you do need to use an interpreter or translator, do not use interpreter or translator from the agency or site where you found her. If any agency says you can only meet their lady by using their interpreter, using their translators, proceed with extreme caution.

If after meeting any woman who does not speak English but you feel there is a strong potential, three months of English lessons for a sincere woman and you two will be communicating on your own. Over the years I have met six exceptional ladies who spoke no English and I did invest in English lessons. After two months you should be able to have a phone
conversation and hear her broken English, by three months you should be able to meet her without an interpreter.
Be realistic with your expectations. No! 19, 20, 21 year old Russian/Ukraine girls are not seriously interested in 50, 55, 60 year old foreign men. Ok, granted, we might find one or two such girls in a hundred, but it is THE exception, NOT the norm.

Be honest with yourself. Give yourself a grade. Give each woman who interest's you a grade. One of the few true myths about Russian/Ukraine ladies is that most foreign men can upgrade as to the type of Russian/Ukraine woman they can find and marry over an American, Canadian, English or Aussie woman. You can realistically upgrade 1.5%. If you rate yourself at a 6.5, you can upgrade to an 8. If you are a 5.8, you can upgrade to a 7.3. If you are an 8, consider yourself lucky and you can upgrade to a 9.5.

Russian women prefer older men? You heard that one yet? A common marriage agency myth.

Russian culture is such that many Russian/Ukraine women have no problem considering Russian men up to 10 years age difference. With Russian men who are good providers, 12-13 years age difference are often accepted. Russian women who prefer, or are looking for men up to 20 years older,.....not likely. Yes, there will be exceptions, and there are happy, loving marriages of 23-25-28 years age difference, but these are the exceptions, not the norm. And yes, most foreign men think they will be the exception.

 If you are a foreign man who is in decent shape, who will be a good provider, a faithful husband, good personality, 15 years age difference should be the realistically largest reasonable age difference one should push. But I stopped trying to tell men a few years ago what I thought was to many years age difference. All men, all women, are different and who am I to tell a man that any woman is either to young or to old for him.

For any man who will take his time, for the man who will take this pursuit and adventure seriously, he will have a great opportunity to positively change his life for the better and find the type of wife he had always dreamed of. What was once a well kept secret, the possibility to find a beautiful, caring, wonderful Ukraine/Russian bride, is becoming a little more well known with each passing day. It is my opinion that the number of men who are involved with this most magnificent pursuit today is just the tip of the iceberg compared to the number of men who will be involved with this pursuit in a few years from now as more and more men of the world learn of one of the worlds greatest secret (and Ukraine, Russia's greatest resource), to be able to seek and find the type woman he had always and first dreamed of (thus the name, FirstDream).
As each man is different, the means and methods that is best for each man will vary. Here is where the education I preach about comes into play. There is no single cookie-cutter method that will work for everyone. What means and methods work for one man, may not be the best methods for another. As I have learned, and seen with others, we will often change our methods from how we first started, from how we proceed once we get a little more experience and as we build more self confidence by meeting many stunningly beautiful women.

We made love, this is the best Russian woman for me" attitude so many times that I think it has to be these men's first time with being intimate with a really beautiful woman. Many men realize that they could never find such a stunning beauty in America, in Canada, in England, and they are afraid if they don't take her now some one else will get her. I am amazed at how many men have this attitude and seldom do these marriages last beyond a few years.

Men must realize that their are many wonderful, beautiful, sincere Ukraine/Russian women to choose from. And you men must also realize that there are also many beautiful, insincere, scamming women to choose from, as well many scam Internet marriage agencies and websites. You must know what you are doing, you must know about the Russian/Ukraine woman you think you are falling for, or as Clint Eastwood would say, "So, do you feel lucky".

Also today I often see the old 80-20 rule coming into play with many sites and agencies, and in some cities, 80% of all men writing, meeting, the same 20% of women.

What is the one common denominator with most of these 20% of ladies who many men are writing and hoping to meet? Most of these women have taken glamour or sexy photos. Today's professional photographers are very good. With many glamour photos today a dog can be made to look beautiful and many times this is what has happened. Many men fall for these women's beautiful and sexy photos. As they write her, as they dream of meeting her, little do they realize that with the photo, or photos, of her that he first saw and went crazy over, this woman will never look this good again in her life. A lot of these photos are two, three, four years old. I think we all looked better three and four years ago. So many times when a man finally meet's this one woman that he has built this great fixation over, he cannot believe he is meeting the same lady as the one he saw in those beautiful, sexy photos.
One thing we try to do is to help men to meet some of those 80% of women who are not being bombarded by so many foreign men. Did you know that if many of the women in this 80% group had also done a glamour photo they would also be in the 20% group? It's true. We try to tell men to look at those ordinary, everyday photos of ladies. Ladies who are on vacation, or maybe one in which a girlfriend took her photos. Normal, everyday photos. Photos taken at there flat, or walking around her city. There are MANY diamonds and beautiful women to be discovered in this 80% group of ladies and these ladies are not receiving hundreds of letters from men. What I am trying to say to you men is you have to look beyond the sexy glamour photos. Many men are not. Many men are overlooking diamonds with marriage agencies and other sources, which is a good thing for you men who are going about this pursuit in a smart manner.

To do this right, to find the best Ukraine/Russian woman you are truly compatible with, takes time, effort, education or just pure dumb luck. If efficiently done you will have a great chance of finding a wonderful, beautiful, sensual Russian/Ukraine bride. Any man who will do what is necessary to meet a lot of good ladies in a short period of time, and then focus his attention on those few who rise to the top, those few who he feels that potential magic chemistry with, then it will only be a matter of time before he finds his Russian/Ukraine dream bride. It is, to simply put it, a numbers game. Yes their are those rare lucky cases where a guy will meet and marry the first and only Russian woman he ever met and they live happily ever after, but this is the exception, not the norm. You are making such an important decision in your life, you owe it to yourself to be sure and I often wonder how a guy can be so sure that the only Ukraine/Russian woman he ever met was the right one for him if he never had a second, a third, a fourth, Ukraine/Russian woman to compare her too.

If you traveled half way across the world to meet one woman, if you have no back-up plan, no second woman to meet, don't you think the average guy is going to feel a whole lot of pressure to make sure that the one and only woman he is meeting is going to work out? Because he is only seeing this one woman, maybe he will accept a few things he does not like or agree with, maybe he is afraid to upset her not wanting to look for another Russian woman.

But what if a guy had two ladies to meet? Maybe not so much pressure. Maybe a little more flexibility and not wanting to accept this or that about a certain Russian/Ukraine woman. Then he would pick between the two of these ladies he thought was best. What if a guy met five Russian ladies? Don't you think his chances of finding a lady he was more compatible with would be better if he met five good ladies as opposed to meeting a single lady? And what if a man met 20 Ukraine ladies. Maybe they are in three different cities. Don't you think a man would have made a much better choice of a lady he was truly compatible with by meeting twenty ladies as compared to meeting a single lady, or five ladies? And if you are one of those who thinks it is to much work or effort in trying to meet five or ten or twenty ladies I will tell you it is not as difficult as what you might think. It's what we help men to do everyday in a respectful, fun, efficient and dignified manner.

Sometimes I hear from men that they just can't date more than one woman at a time, that they were brought up dating, seeing, one woman at a time. Gentleman, we are not dating women who live across town or in the next city, we are seeing women 6000 miles, half the world away. Some men may have to change certain aspects as to how he might have dated women in the past.

For any man who has written one lady, thinks he has fell in love with one lady, and is going to go meet one lady, I have real concerns. It is so easy to fall in love with these ladies by looking at her beautiful photo, by writing over the Internet or through letters, by talking over the telephone. Over 70% of all the guys and clients I know who went to meet one woman knew in the first hour that this woman was not the one for him. Not so good, now to spend the next week with this one woman when you know she is not the one for you. And to see these thousands of beautiful Ukraine/Russian women with their big smiles back to you when you are out walking, and there is nothing you can do about it. Well, that does not have to be the case any more. Almost every one of our clients who goes to see one woman now goes with a back-up plan in place. And about 65% of our clients who go with a back-up plan have the balls to put that plan into effect when they realize the chemistry is not their with the one woman they went to see.

How easy is it to meet a lot of good ladies? On our three city group tour the average man will have meet 195 ladies. Of these 195 Russian women our average client would have from 18 to 25 private, one on one meetings. From these 195 ladies he choose 18 to 25 ladies that most interested him, and these same 18-25 ladies showed an interest in meeting him as well. If you meet enough good and sincere Russian women then it's just a matter of time before you find your Ukraine/Russian dream bride.

We have about 490 ladies listed on our website. We have another 2400 ladies not listed on our website. It takes a lot of time and effort to keep up with 490 ladies. Whose engaged now, married, has found a serious local boyfriend. Getting new photos, new phone numbers, calling mothers to get daughters new address, and on and on. It takes such an effort to keep up with 490 ladies, how do agencies keep up with 4000 women, 10,000, 20,000 women? And my thoughts are they do not.

In the past year I realized I was going to have to make a decision, either concentrate a lot more on the 490 ladies listed on the website, or stay focused on the individual and group tours. The three group tours a year now are almost a full year commitment. The decision was easy, follow my heart, put more time and effort into the group and individual tours.

Today the 490 ladies listed on our website, because I am not sure who is available, not having current photos, I give addresses to clients, well, non-American clients. With the IMBRA law written the way it is today I can give away any ladies address to men from Canada, men from Cuba, men from England, Italy, China, but not to an American. However I will tell American men if they see a lady listed who interest's them to let me know and I will put them in contact with a Ukraine or Russian agency who can help them.

Of the 2400 ladies we have not listed, most of these women are from cities that are part of our tours. This is not by accident. Today when a man is going to Kharkov on an individual or a group tour we are able to present him almost 400 wonderful ladies from Kharkov, Poltava and Sumy. A man going to Dnepropetrovsk we are able to offer almost 475 good and sincere ladies for him from Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Krivoy Rog. A man going to Moscow we can help with 270 ladies, etc, etc.

Once we know the type woman a man is looking for, the age range in a woman he is looking for, when and what cities he is going to, we are usually able to help that man meet many more fine ladies. It is on my "list of things to do" to be able to create links to the various tour cities with photos of these ladies.

Once a man has been involved with a few Ukraine or Russian women most men will never be able to go back to women from his country. This is especially true with American men. Many men have asked me how they will know if the woman he has an interest in is the right woman and I reply "Once a man has meet several Russian/Ukraine ladies, once a man has educated himself as to the ways of Russian/Ukraine women, when you meet her, you will know".

As I first mentioned above, I feel the more you read about and use FirstDream, the more you will probably see that we are unlike any other agency. A few of the many secrets to success in finding a wonderful Russian bride is (a) education, (b) taking your time and (c) meeting many good ladies in an efficient and dignified manner.
